Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
concur message, on HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                              
164(RLS) "An Act relating to the salmon product development tax                                     
credit; providing for an effective date by amending an effective date in

sec. 7,  ch.  57,  SLA  2003;  and   providing    for  an   effective   date"                       
which had been held on the Secretary's desk  (page 2054), be brought                                
up at this time. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                              
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House                                      
amendment.                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House
